FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. DO YOU HAVE A STUDIO?

 Yes! We are located in Tallahassee, FL.


2. DO YOU TRAVEL?

Yes! However, please be advised a travel stipend will be added to your session fee.


3. ARE DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE? 

NO!


4. IS THERE A CHARGE FOR BEING LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT? 

No, however, your session will end at the time previously scheduled. Please make every effort to be on time so that you can receive your full session. Being late or not ready to start will cut into to our shooting time.


5. HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED IN MY FAMILY SESSION? 

Family sessions are for immediate family members only: Father, Mother, and Child(ren). 


6. HOW LONG AFTER MY SESSION WILL I RECEIVE MY ONLINE PROOFING GALLERY? 

Portrait sessions are contracted for a 3 day turnaround unless otherwise noted in our agreement.


7. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY RETOUCHED PHOTOS? 

You will receive your retouched images 5-7 business days (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS) following the date you provided us with your top choices.


8. CAN I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS FASTER? 

Yes! We offer an expedite service with a faster turnaround in as little as 1 business day.  Consult with your photographer regarding rates.


9. HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD MY PHOTOS? 

A link to your personal online gallery will be delivered to you via email upon completion. From the gallery you will be able to view, share and download your photos with family and friends. 


10. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY PHOTOSHOOT SESSION? 

At least 3 weeks in advance, especially if you're expecting a fast turnaround.



TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ALL studio photography sessions are closed to only those being photographed. No more than one (1) additional guest is permitted to limit distractions. Please inform photographer ahead of time if you plan to bring guest.


2. Clients are expected to arrive to the scheduled session on time, dressed with hair and makeup completed, unless previously discussed. Arrival that is more than 30 minutes late MUST be rescheduled.


3. Clients are responsible for caring for the reservation and payment for private locations.  Clients are also responsible for travel and lodging expenses for out of town sessions.


4. All photography sessions have turnaround times of 5-7 business days, EXCLUDING WEEKENDS. There will be NO expedited services on non expedited orders. Please ask your photographer about our expedited service fees.


5. All edit requests MUST be submitted to photographer within 10 days following the day proofs were issued. Any edits submitted after 10 days WILL NOT be retouched. Clients are also responsible for downloading or saving images to their personal archive in a timely manner. Photographer has no obligation to retain or archive any personal gallery after the proofs have been delivered to client.


SESSION FEES: Session fees are due in full before the start of your scheduled session. Once a session deposit fee is paid, it CANNOT be refunded. If you need to reschedule, a rescheduling fee (50% of your deposit amount) will be applied to your session fee.
